You can file a claim with Arch RoamRight by using our online claims website, roamrightclaims.com.
Before you start, it is helpful to have any documents to support your claim ready to upload. If you are using a mobile device or tablet, it can be as easy as taking a clear picture of the document as you complete the form.
For fast claims payments, look for the option for electronic payments. If your claim is approved, you can have your payment within one business day.
Checking Claim Status/Upload Additional Documents
We'll send you regular email updates as to the status of your claim. You can also check your claim status online. All you need is your Claim Number, First and Last Name.
